When is the tuition due?
Tuition is charged for students on ACC before the start of the session.
How do I set up/cancel Automatic Billing with a credit card?
Setup: Submit your credit card information in person or by phone.
* Your credit card will be charged within the first 2 weeks of each new session.
Cancelling: Email our office to cancel. Submit a written request to billing@thebflc.com before the start of the session to avoid penalties.
Does Automatic Billing continue through the summer?
Writing Club and Math Club
* Automatic Billing ends after Trimester 3.
* Enroll for the next school year before the priority registration deadline to keep discount rates.
Math Squared & Tutoring Club
* Charges for any special session the student does not attend will be automatically cancelled.
Academic Support
* Automatic Billing ends after the last week of school for your child’s district.
Can I get a refund/credit if my child misses a class?
All programs
* No credit or refunds will be issued for missed classes.
* Makeup lessons must be arranged within the same session.
* Any missed classes not made up within the same session will not roll over.
* Only the starting session will be prorated if a student joins a program mid-session.
I referred a friend. When will my $50 referral coupon be applied?
* Coupon will be applied to the session following the friend’s starting session.
* Coupons have no cash value and expire after one year.
Can I get a refund/credit if my child drops a class?
* Tuition will be charged before the start of the trimester.
* Submit written notification before the start of the session, and you will not be billed/charged.
* Once a session begins, no refunds shall be issued.
Does the tuition qualify for Flexible Spending accounts?
* Most parents have no problem using BFLC tuition towards Flexible Spending accounts.
* You may request a billing statement showing all payments received for the period you would like to apply.

Can I transfer credit between programs or siblings?
* Transfers between programs can only be processed at the end of a session or with a $30 processing fee.
* Credits cannot be transferred between programs or siblings.
What are the fees for early drop off?
Early drop off
is free for Academic Support students with 24 hour advance notification.
* Only available for our Academic Support students.
